Registered with the ESFA on the Register of Training Organisations (ROTO)
AEB or FCFJ funding agreement in place
Courses regulated by Ofqual with an approved awarding body
Effective learner support and pastoral care processes
Commitment to transparent enrolment procedures
No learner charges for fully funded provision
